Disaster Relief Fund Application

We are now set and ready to distribute Emergency Relief Funds from the BIA for the Camp Fire. It is a simple process:

  • Complete the single page application (which includes the following)
  • Show proof of Tribal Membership
  • Show Driver’s License
  • Proof of living in affected areas or FEMA ID #
  • Number of people in household affected
  • Receive funding upon verification of Tribal Membership

Applicants will need to physically come in so we can verify their membership and other identification.
